Andy Haigh

Andy Haigh had a first career in the Royal Air Force and joined the commercial world in 1987 to build a software project business for S-Com. Following the success of this business, Andy joined the S-Com board to lead the company's aggressive acquisition strategy. It was here that he developed his appreciation of how to optimise company performance by leading with exceptional sales performance.

Following this he joined one of the larger IT Agencies and Management Consultancy businesses, in two years Andy created a £4 million consultancy business concentrating on Public Sector opportunities. Winning sales awards, his innovative approach was instrumental in changing the way in which the Public Sector procures consultancy and from which the legacy of Public Sector framework contracts continue today.

He established Sixfold International in 1990 and has seen its success grow over the years. He is accredited by Novations Inc to deliver its Talent Development and Talent Coaching programmes in 2005. Andy has achieved the highest level "Professional" of APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) qualification to practitioner level.

Peter Lobl

Director of Sixfold International and Expert Reviewer for the EC, Peter Lobl has had a successful career in Unisys and IBM spanning 22 years in positions of sales, marketing and business leadership. During that time Peter consistently secured large services based multi-million dollar projects, and ensured their successful implementation. Most recently, he has been working with senior business managers in large multi-national corporations and with business consultancies to develop sales leadership skills, to inspire sales people to enhanced performance and to facilitate the development of account team strategies.

Mark Turner

Mark joined Sixfold International Limited as its Quality Director with a remit to:

  • Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve its Quality Management.
  • Produce Quality Plans to assure specific customer requirements are understood, reviewed to ensure that Sixfold have the capability and capacity to fulfil and are agreed prior to entering into a contract.
  • Advise Sixfold's Board on Quality related issues and contribute to the development of Quality Strategy and Policies that enhance Sixfold's Product and Service offering by assuring Customer Experience.

David Evans

David Evans joined Sixfold with a lead role to extend its solutions allied to Organisational Development. Working first as a consulting engineer, he has held industry positions in professional services, sales and management generally driving high technology solutions to serve global manufacturers in aerospace, automotive and energy sectors.

Paul Ogden

Paul is a strategic management consultant and one of the country’s leading voice and performance coaches specialising in the way people interact with each other in business.He is our presentation skills expert having worked with senior executives and bid teams on numerous bids ensuring they present themselves with maximum impact and presence. He is also a mediator accredited with Regents College School of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Andy Turner

Andy Turner joined Sixfold in January 2005 with a remit to lead its business activities across Wales and to head up the SME strand for the entire UK. Andy is located in North Wales and has relevant experience of working with SME's both as a business adviser and through an earlier role in Local Government where he dealt with 100's of smaller companies over a prolonged period.

Peter Allen

Peter has over 30 years' experience selling and delivering complex information systems and services to the Public Sector. He currently holds a leading role with Sixfold International delivering consultancy, training, bid and project management. Before joining Sixfold, Peter was assigned as the bid manager in the Public Sector Group of the UK subsidiary of a major multinational information services consulting and systems integration organisation.

Simon Glenister

Simon Glenister has over 20 years of Senior Executive experience in sales and marketing, P&L management and commercial leadership in the provision of high value, complex ICT solutions to blue chip customers. He has been responsible for the successful market introduction of leading edge products and services, on a global basis and for leading Bid and Proposal activities resulting in major contract wins against strong, incumbent competition.

Simon Breese

Simon Breese is a sales and marketing planner and strategist, with both UK and European experience. After reading Architecture at Bristol University he joined the IT industry, working first for ICL and then for Unisys. During this part of his career he acquired a broad range of experience; direct sales, channel sales, industry marketing, product marketing, sales and strategic planning.

Steve Harrington

Steve Harrington has run his own business as a Management and Development Consultant for a number of years and now has joined Sixfold as its Training Quality Manager. He has a range of personal customers which include DuPont, EADS, Teijin Films, Birmingham Centro, British American Tobacco, BT, Novations Inc and Connexions.
