Talent Orientation

Talent orientation is an efficient and practical way to capitalise upon recruitment effort by harnessing the enthusiasm and energy of new employees in a way that is supportive and reflective of your organisation’s goals and vision.

This workshop gives participants a framework for understanding how they fit into and can best contribute to the organisation.

Drawing from Novations’ industry research, performance expectations are defined and participants are equipped with a common language and vocabulary for discussing their growing careers.

Delivered by Sixfold as a half-day programme, participants emerge with:

• An understanding of what constitutes high performance for a new employee.
• A guide to grow their ability to contribute.
• Encouragement to seek formal and informal coaching.
• Awareness and understanding of how to work with their supervisors to find job assignments that both stretch and increase business contribution.
• An understanding of the importance of building internal networks.
